What you will do
As a Product Owner, you will drive the development and delivery of our digital products. You will serve as
the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, managing the product backlog and
ensuring every feature delivers real value to users. You will specifically do the following;
- Gather, analyse, document, and manage software requirements to ensure the final product meets user needs and business objectives.

- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Developers (Scrum Team), and Designers to plan sprints.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and grooming sessions.
- Accept or reject work results, ensuring quality and alignment with the definition of done.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding product vision, roadmap, and feature updates.
- Collect, analyze, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into the product roadmap.
- Communicate a clear and inspiring product vision and ensure alignment across teams.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product plans and milestones.
- Represent the voice of the customer in all aspects of product development.
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor analysis to guide feature development.
- Use metrics, KPIs, and analytics tools to track product performance and identify opportunities for
optimization.
Who we are looking for:
We want a self-motivated individual who is passionate about financial technology. To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong skills in gathering software requirements and producing clear documentation for
Developers. - Solid understanding of software project management principles, full software development
lifecycle (SDLC) and modern tech stacks. - Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field (Masterās will be
a plus). - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and evolving requirements while
maintaining delivery focus. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle tough conversations,
including stakeholder management and expectation setting - Proficient in Agile methodologies (especially Scrum), certification in CSPO or ACP is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial products, pensions management, and regulatory environments.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital platforms or products.
- Hands on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Trello or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to balance technical and business acumen.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design-thinking practices.
